Top 10 studying spots at UNSW

6. Material Sciences Building
The new Material Sciences Building has a sleek modern design, perfect for simulating the mind into a study mood. The Material Sciences Building has everything; Comfortable seats, power points, glass walls and even bean bags. But the Material Sciences Building has 1 debilitating flaw - it's ugly grey floor. I would not study here.

4. Village Green
When I was 4 years old, my dad said to me, "son, no one likes you". Just like me, no one likes Village Green. This is not a bad thing, because it means that you will not be contesting study spaces with other people. The tables near Village Green has it all; power points, a nice view and a BBQ. But just like Taylor Swift's new song, Village Green is very mediocre. While both the new song and Village Green required large sums of money to make, both of them are nothing special, and there are better alternatives. .

3. Underneath ASB staircase
You can't ask for more from a studying spot. Underneath the ASB staircase is a yellow bench which can seat 5 people comfortably. At a first glance, the seat seems to be hard and uncomfortable, but once contact has been made between the seat and the butt, one will realize that it is actually soft like a flaccid penis. You can bring a table here, for even more productivity, and the long bench is perfectly suitable for napping when sleepy. By now, you are probably thinking "but Bob, why is this spot not number 1?". That's because there are no power points near here.

2. Main Walkway
Main walkway is a very popular place to study, as you can see from the huge amounts of people in this picture. If you look at the girl in the foreground, you can tell that she is an international student.

1. Secret study room near ASB

Located on the other side of ASB lies the hands down best studying spot out of all of UNSW. Because of it's hard to notice entrance, not many people know about this spot. From the exterior, you cannot tell how spacious it actually is inside. This spot is the perfect studying spot, as it is 100% sound proof, has power points, has nice tables and chairs, and most importantly, is very private. Please don't tell anyone about this spot, as I don't want it to be crowded.
You have to jump over the fence then climb down these stairs. There will be a fingerprint lock, but as long as you are a UNSW student, you should be able to unlock it with your own fingers.
As you can see from the picture, there is a couch and table once you walk up the steps. You can sit on the couch to study, and put your textbooks and laptop on the table. You can also swim in the swimming pool if you want. But remember, while studying is extremely important when you are in university, extra curricular stuff are also very important. Make sure you don't spend all of your time studying so you can also enjoy other aspects of your uni life!
